Write about objectives and why you think these are important to users?

A quality objective is a quality result that you intend to achieve and for the Clinical Biochemistry department of CDDFT, the main objective of which is to provide a quality diagnostic service for our users and patients. These objectives have been aligned to the Trust 4 Touchstones of “Best outcomes for patients, best patient experience, best efficiency & best employer”. These 4 main objectives have plans to achieve them and indicators by which the objective is measured.
