Final Paper 1. Using your nutritional analysis from the MYDIETANAYSIS program you handed in earlier in the semester review the intake information. Include a copy of the analysis in your paper. 2. Show work for the Carbohydrate, Fat, Protein and Fiber intake. Example: 30 grams of Carbohydrate X 4 = 120 calories 3. What are the shortfalls or excessive nutrients that you consumed 4. What are some health implications of both the inadequate intake and excessive intake? How do they impact chronic disease? 5. Did your caloric intake meet your body’s needs? How could you improve your intake to meet those needs? 6. Create a 3 day intake menu to correct the deficiencies and or the excessive intake of the first 3 days used in Number 1. Verify the menu conducting a nutritional analysis. Include the analysis in your paper. 7. Conclusion: Include if these changes in your menu are realistic? Would you be able to incorporate them in your daily living? If not, what changes would be both realistic and beneficial?
