Instructions FOR PATIENT MANAGEMENT PAPER NU 6475
You will develop a case study (no more than 8 pages no less than 6 pages excluding title and reference page(s) on a topic that will fuse nurse practitioner management. References for this paper must be recent (within the past 5 years).
Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to promote scholarly thought and writing. Writing this paper will increase your critical thinking skills, writing abilities, and will encourage you to incorporate published evidenced based literature in your practice. This paper will allow you to examine the patient management process based on a real person you have had the privilege of interacting with in the clinical setting.
Topic: The topic comes from an actual patient observation. Choose the patient and topic. Caution, since you may see the patient only once, be sure to get complete information from the chart, such as lab values, treatments, medications, etc.
