S​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍​tudents will write a 7-10 page paper on one of the seven sacraments (of their own choosing). This paper can discuss the historical development of the sacrament you choose, analyze the sacrament from the perspective of other f​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍​ields (ie Psychology, Sociology, Morality, etc.), discuss an issue or suggest possible changes in its celebration to reach the goals of the particular sacrament. Content should develop a thesis and extend beyond class content​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍​.
