The purpose of this assignment is to allow students to discern how health care institutions and/or departments of nursing use theory to standardize and
guide institutional nursing practice. The student will choose a healthcare institution and research which model or theorist is used by the institution or the
department of nursing. The search of information may be through various venues, such as an internet search, using web sites of specific healthcare
institutions, or through contact with a specific healthcare institution or department of nursing. The assignment will be done using PowerPoint creating a 10
slide (not including opening slide and reference slide) presentation, related to the required criteria below-Rubric attached.
