These are the MINIMUM requirements. In order to achieve an high grade you will need to do an outstanding job.
1. Select a leader of your choice.
a. Leader must be a public figure that is researchable
b. Identify the dominant trait of the leader. Discuss in full detail your reasons for the selected traits, mention situations (a specific event as an example) the leader was facing which showed the traits (risk taker, trust others around, humble, openness, initiative, interacts with employees add more). Relate your work to an established theory. Compare and contrast your decision.
c. Identify the dominant style of the leader. Discuss in full detail your reasons for the selected style. Mention real life examples to prove and support your choice. Relate your work to an established theory. Compare and contrast your decision with other leadership styles.
d. Evaluate the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats (SWOT analysis).
e. Evaluate Big Five Model (OCEAN: openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticism)
2. Prepare a paper of approximately 2,500 words in American Psychological Association (APA) 6th Edition format.
a. Must include proper heading format
b. Must include proper citation format
c. Must include proper reference page of sources of academic quality. Wikipedia is NOT an acceptable source.
d. References should be at least 10 or more including textbook (Leadership practice and perspective by Kevin Roe).
