III. To investigate the relationship between the organizational silence and nurse’s burnout at the governmental hospitals in Taif City, Saudi Arabia.

Those study I can use it to answer my research question (I. To assess the level of causative factors for organizational silence among nurses at the governmental hospitals in Taif City.). Note: I will attach the tool of organizational silence that I use to guide you for what you will research.
