Discuss ideas for your Technology Lesson Plan and UDL strategies (Assignment 2).
In the lesson plan, you will create a technology-based lesson plan that solves a learning problem. This means that you have taught content in your classroom that your students do not understand = learning problem. You need to determine what is causing the learning problem and then create a lesson plan that will solve the learning problem.

Consider the following questions:

What is the learning problem this lesson will attempt to solve?
What problem will the students solve that uses technology (see pages 220-221 for problem –based learning strategies)?
What individual work will the students do in your lesson plan?
What collaborative work will the students do in your lesson plan?
What will your directed instruction (tutorial) be?
What software tool will you use from Chapters 3, 4, or 5?
What Internet or web-based tools from Chapter 7 will you use?
What UDL principles will you use?
What NETS-S (students) standards will your lesson plan cover?
What content standard or Common Core standards will your lesson plan cover?
