Share any information from research either from the course text book or elsewhere that informed the selection of this topic
-What you were hoping to learn
-What your assumptions were about the topic before you did the survey
-How many people you surveyed and how you collected the survey
-Findings – a detailed explanation of the results of your survey (the Executive Summary is an overview of the results)
-Include charts or graphs in this section to depict your results
-A written explanation is also needed with the charts, they should support each other
– Conclusions – the conclusions you drew from the results
-Share any information from research, either from the text book or elsewhere, that informed your conclusions in addition to the survey results
-How did your survey confirm or contradict your initial assumption?
-What did you learn about your topic from your survey
-What did you learn about creating surveys from this assignment?
-What did you learn about creating survey reports and business communication in general?
-Other conclusions?
-Survey Questions (including any introductory comments)

Use proper citations following the MLA format
Refer to page 410 for examples
Use in-text citations for all direct quotes taken from the text or other sources
Make sure to use quotation marks (“”) at the beginning and end of the quote and include the name of the author if taking a direct quote of someone’s words
Use in-text citations when you are clearly sharing a concept that is not your original idea
Include a reference/bibliography page at the end for all books, magazines, etc. that you cited – this includes the text book
