Use the company that you chose to work with in the second Competency 1 and 2 Assessments of this course. In this assessment, you’ll demonstrate the ability to build a supply chain operations plan and diagram for a business by analyzing factors that affect sourcing, logistics, metrics, suppliers, and risk. You will be able to submit this assessment after you have completed the Reflection assignments in Competency 3. There is a Competency 3 – Assessment Submission that appears in the course.
