In your write-up,work through theSta rModel to categorize the nature of the changes you anticipate will be needed in each of the interrelated dimensions (strategy, structure, process and lateral capability, reward systems, and people practices) to ensure alignment with the proposed strategic change.

3. Then,describeaplanforimplementingthestrategicchangeusingtheframework discussed in weeks 6 and 7 (i.e., getting ready for change, working with the politics, supporting emotional transitioning, planning the implementation details, fostering creativity and spontaneity, and inspiring continuous learning and evolution)
Recommended Outline for Strategic Change Plan
1. Introduction–one paragraph
● Define The Organization And The Intended Change,includingapossible
timeline for the change.
● Summarizethespecificchangesthatwillneedtohappeninthefive
elements of the Star Model.
● Summarize the key Strategic Organizational Change steps you will need
to take to enact the change.
● State The Intended Benefits To This Change.
2. Body Inthepaper–3-4pages
● DescribethecurrentstateoftheorganizationintermsoftheStarModel
i. This should be presented in summary format which references details in an appendix, e.g., “As is evident in Appendix 1, the strategy of the organization is [X], the structure of it is [X] …”
ii. Appendix 1 will discuss each of the five elements of the Star Model.
● Describe how the intended changewillaffecteachofthefiveelements of
the Star Model and their alignment.
● Describe the actions you intend to take to implement the change using the
six activities in the Strategic Organizational Change framework.
i. This should be a summary of the key actions you will take for each
of the six actions needed in implementing a strategic change. Each action may need a separate paragraph to summarize the primary efforts, but more details can appear in an appendix. E.g., “As is described in Appendix 2, to prepare the organization for getting ready to change, the top priority will be to …., etc.
ii. Appendix 2 will discuss in more detail each of the six activities identified in the Strategic Organizational Change framework.
3. Discussion–one paragraph
a. Summarize the situation and the intended benefits from implementing the change.
