This could be a specific risk that applies to a client (e.g. risk of developing or exacerbating a pressure ulcer, risk of developing malnutrition, etc.) or a more general risk (e.g. risk of spread of infect​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍​ion, risk of not being able to maintain a safe environment for clients, fire risk etc). Your assignment should cover elements defining and identifying risk, risk assessment, strategies for reducing risk and documentation requirements and consideration of how this might affect your future practice (as per the learning outcomes above). You will be expected to present an assignment that follows a standard approach of introduction, body and concluding remarks. You may use sub-headings if you wish. You may also use appendices if you wish to support / supplement the main discussion in your assignment.
