Read the 3 provided RFP PDFs
Key sections that you should pay particular attention to include:
*Not all will have everything listed
• The scope of work or scope of service *All should have this
• Special requirements and qualifications to be able to bid
• RFP’s selection criteria (What is the criteria and point system use),
• RFP management process
• Contract type ( Is it Fixed Price, Cost Plus, or T&M ?)
Using the provided PDFs write a collective analysis on the IT RFP’s. Create a document with the following information:
• Title Page
• Table of Contents
• Sections as listed below:
*If one of the RFPs is missing a section just list NA for that company at the bottom of paragraph.
• RFP Summary (Write 1 page). The RFP summary is usually taken from the instructions to bidders from the requestor or the instructions to bidders or in the scope and description of work.
• Analyze the statements of work (P-SOW) found in the RFPs and why they are needed. (Write 2 pages )
• Analyze the management plans (Write 1 page)
• Analyze the selection criteria and methodologies used for selecting a winner proposal. (Write 1 page)
• Analyze the types of contracts being used in the RFPs. Are they “fixed price” or a “cost-plus” contracts, and why? (Write 1-2 paragraphs).
• *Include the solicitation numbers, requestor’s names, RFP types, and product or services being requested, and contract award dates. – should be a part of the summary
• The format of your entire analysis must use standard margins with 12-point font APA. – Try to stay away from bullet points; this paper should flow.
• Your written analysis should be at a minimum of 4 to 6 pages, plus cover and reference page.
