New Technology Paper Rubric
The New Technology Paper is a minimum two-page paper (maximum 3 pages) on technologies that are trending to be big technologies in the
future such as 2022 and beyond. The paper looks at two alternative technologies and explains one as a potential for the future. To write the paper
read articles on various sources including online internet articles and show how they are trending today with a potential of future growth and
application.
An Example: 3D Printing technologies helping our society today in various fields including military and medical fields. Describe this technology and
use cases. Another example could be Pattern matching with images that could be used to detect people, plants, birds, places, sounds etc. Another
example could be Drone technologies in aerospace and how they are making strides in non-colliding technologies.
The paper can have these major sections: Introduction, User Cases, Future Trend, Conclusion, Reference lists.
