relational, social, mental, relational, behavioral or spiritual). It is important to note how you responded either positively through a stress coping skill OR or
negatively and the distress symptoms continued and DID NOT attempt to manage through the use a coping skill. As you identify those stressors, these
questions (below) may help you better understand this assignment: REMEMBER . . . there may be multiple ‘stress events’ or stressors that may be affecting
you daily (and some may be chronic!) This should be written as a reflection paper with some detail in thought. Lastly, explain how your could improve your
Stress Management skills.
Definitions: STRESS — the response to an event or condition that is perceived to exceed one’s ability to cope.
STRESSOR — anything or any situation that “excites us or upsets us”.
