During this course, you will learn about many nursing and health-related theories. To learn more about a particular theory in depth, you will be required to select one theory and create a 15- to 20-minute Kaltura video presentation about the theorist (see the following list). This assignment will help you learn how to describe, evaluate, critique, and apply theory to practice.
Your video presentation will include some biographical information about the theorist and their influences, why you selected the theorist, an overview of the theory, a critique of the theory, a measurable concept of the theory, and a description of the theorist’s most significant contributions to nursing/health care. You also will demonstrate the application of the theory to show its application to clinical practice.
