Let’s Talk Alcohol Teens and Nutrition
When searching for a video about teens, I just found things about unhealthy eating. Making unhealthy food
choices may be low on a teenager’s priority list. “Why should I worry about eating good? I already look
good” may be a teenager’s response.
There are many factors that impact teenagers : biological and physiological changes, economic and
political circumstances, cultural, ethnic and community circumstances, family, peers, and environmental
factors and the list goes on.

Scenario: To serve the needs of its students, Your school administrators and its faculty decided to use
elements of this documentary, “Challenge Day”, to transform this high school into a better one.
You are the Food Service Director for this High School. You are a Nutritionist and you manage the cafeteria
and its staff. It is the Month of March. Each March is designated as National Nutrition Month by the
