Instructions:
Using SARA problem-solving method to address a workplace issue, You will use the following headings within your paper to support a course of action
regarding a specific observation you have made at your workplace: Introduction, Situation, Analysis, Response/Results, and Assessment ( SARA) . Within the
introduction heading, you will provide your thesis and include a short review of the literature that examines the topic from a theoretical perspective, please
refer to your annotated bibliography and/or other reliable sources of information.
In the paper, you will identify the workplace situation—issues and concerns (what is the baseline – current state), identify and explain the desired future state,
including an analysis of issues and concerns; explain the action that you would hypothetically undertake to address the issues/concerns in the current state,
what are the expected result and explain why the actions you propose will achieve the desired results and who must be involved; describe how you will be
able to reliably measure whether your plan achieved success or not.
