In chapter 6 of our course text you will find detailed guidance on safeguards for students with disabilities. In a 2-4 page paper students will identify 5 areas of protection for students and the legal requirements associated with those protections. Students will conclude their paper with a statement about why procedural safeguards are required under the law.
