The assignment is to build an ICS Risk Management Framework using the NIST model in SP-800-82rev2. For each component (Assess, Monitor, Respond, and Frame) identify four items you would include for each component which addresses threats expressed. The assignment addresses threats in a more over-arching holistic fashion than individual threats.
