Over the past eight weeks, we covered the various modules that you will find within an HRIS system, as well as the benefits to both the organization and
employees alike while improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the human resources department. You will prepare a paper in APA format (no less than 5
pages) on one of the following topics:
Future Trends in Human Resource Information Systems
The Use of Artificial Intelligence in HRIS, especially in recruitment, selection, and performance management
Strategy to Seek and Sustain Buy-In and Support for an HRIS System to include overcoming the resistance to change for both employees and managers
Implementation Strategy for an HRIS system
