This week’s assignment is to write up a history for the gastrointestinal, renal, breast, testicular and
reproductive assessments. Then perform and document a physical exam on the gastrointestinal and renal
systems. Also do a self exam ( or just document expected findings for a self breast (SBE) and testicular
exam (TSE). Be sure to include a patient centered plan of care. Then video and upload an assessment of
the gastrointestinal and renal exam as well as teach a SBE and a TSE ( the patient is clothed you are only
teaching).
