Family Mediation

Students are required to submit a research paper. The paper should represent the student’s independent research and writing. Papers should be footnoted where appropriate with bibliography.

Topic
The topic for the paper can be any topic selected by the student that is related to family mediation for example:
– Comparison of child focused and child inclusive family mediation
– Conflict diagnosis for family disputes and how does this assist in the family mediation process
– Analysis of DR processes as they relate to family mediation and any specific areas of concern e.g. power imbalance, domestic violence, high conflict personality
– Best practices in family mediation
– Cross cultural issues in family mediation
