Final Project

This body of work requires presentation of information about the chosen company to dissect (written report 2,500 words) the functions of operations management. The components to cover are as per the image below;

This is an applied project, meaning, you will apply what you have learnt in this course and throughout the term, and on weekly bases. You need to investigate a given function and report on it. As such, you need to be engaged with your class mates and your instructor on weekly bases. The analysis will include (but not limited) to the functions above.

Choosing a company:
Look preferably into your organization, if not, then try to find a company/organization and research them well. Remember to conduct analysis report covering the material you learnt in the classroom

Finally
• Recommendations:
Thoroughly suggest recommendations based on your above analysis
Determine how things (procedures, operations, structures and systems) are at the company, and; suggest some recommendations in the report.

Note: Pay attention to proper referencing and citation procedures, which you have learned over the years. It is important to get it right in addition to plagiarism rules and policies
