Below you will find an example of a cap table from a revolutionary paper manufacturing startup. Please import the cap table into Ledgy. The first steps to follow are:
• Accept the email invitation from Ledgy that we’ve sent to your personal email address to access the empty company (please also check your spam/junk folder)
• Set up the new company according to the Excel sheet found below (Paper Company Cap Table.xlsx
o → Please don’t rename the company account.
• Carefully think through what detail each transaction needs to have in order to have a clean data entry without any loss of granularity (cap, discount, share price, valuations, conversion, etc.)
• ❗Go live with/publish all data that you have inserted in order for us to review your data entry
