Environmental Justice

E​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍​nvironmental justice (EJ) is a concept that all people and communities are entitled to enjoy an equally clean environment and resources, regardless of their race and socioeconomic status. Communities that face environmental injustice and higher risk of exposure to environmental hazards due to race, ethnicity, and low socioeconomic status (SES) communities are known as EJ communities.
