(as described throughout this module). As such, describing the content of relevant works is insufficient (although an element of descriiption will be
necessary to support your points of analysis).

what are the relevant body/bodies of literature to my question?
how have they developed over time and what are key sources of debate and disagreement on particular issues?
what methodologies have researchers employed and how have these shaped their conclusions?
are there any significant omissions in the literature?
how relevant are existing works to the area of inquiry?
In essence, you should assess how different bodies/pieces of literature frame and address your chosen question – you should not attempt to answer the
question directly using the literature. While you are encouraged to consult a moderately wide range of works, the quality of your analysis of the literature is
more important than the scope of that analysis
