diversity and difference in organizations. You will begin by identifying a research question that you want to
answer, and then conduct library/desktop research to understand the scope of your topic. From here, you will
use this research to write a paper that presents the results of your investigation, both characterizing what
you’ve found and also crafting an original argument that moves thinking forward in this area
Pharmaceutical companies are special companies that discovery and development new medications. In
research and development divisions, most employees are scientists with high education and different culture
backgrounds. Some of them are immigrants with different culture than Americans. The commission is to make
new drugs for people health. We explore what diversity and difference in pharmaceuticals. We also explain why
the drug prices are high as there are so many failed clinical trials. What regulations are from FDA, etc.
