Now that you have learned several new reading skills, it is time to reflect on your own personal growth this semester.  For this assignment, you will write a summary reflection on the reading skills related to the course.  Explain how the reading lessons have benefited your overall learning experience as a first-semester student.  Be sure to discuss the following in your paper.

• How did this course enhance your reading skills and your attitude towards reading?
• In general, how do you feel about reading?  Is it a task that you dread? Do you feel this is the place you really shine?
• Reflect on at least five reading skills you thought were most interesting and beneficial to your learning.  Describe the five skills.
• Do you think you are a better reading before entering the course?  Do you feel confident or think you need more practice?

Prepare a title page (Your name, Date, & Instructor’s name) and a reference page.  Length: 2 pages, not including the title page and reference page.  Required Format: Microsoft Word, 1-inch margins, double-spaced, and 12-point font (Time New Roman)
