This research is trying to answer/address RQ1 & RQ2.  I have attached my dissertation feedback for incorporation into the new dissertation write-up or a complete write-up, if necessary, without using my work would be fine too. Also, the “Requirement outline” for the entire dissertation of 5 chapters in length, but now chapter 1 & 2 work is requested for this job (ch1 for 15 pages and ch2 for 40-50 pages) and “Req Suppl 1 & 2” are to be used in consideration for writing this new paper.

RQ1:    Is it possible to enhance the bargaining range of options to advance human rights in Kampuchea?
RQ2:    What is the bargaining range of human rights possibilities for authoritarian regimes?
