Developing a Behavior Plan

Developing a Behavior Plan
Effective classroom management requires thoughtful and clear expectations for students and the teacher. Thus, clear and consistent expectations of rules and consequences can help build a mutually respectful classroom and create an efficient learning environment.
Part 1
Create an infographic describing the key components and intended effect on student behavior and the learning environment of the following behavior systems:
• Schoolwide Behavior System: Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
• Schoolwide Behavior System: Make Your Day (MYD)
• Individual Classroom Behavior System: Choose one system used in individual classrooms (e.g., token economy, marble jar, homework passes)
Part 2
In addition to your infographic, write a 350-500 word rationale explaining what components of the above researched behavior systems you will include in your future classroom management plan. Describe how your chosen system will promote human flourishing and create a safe, organized, and respectful classroom, which is reflective of the Christian worldview.
