Analyse the ELISA data as instructed below and submit your PDF FILE on Turnitin submission point ‘CW1 ELISA Data Analysis’.
The deadline for submission is 5pm Monday 8/11/21.
Instructions:

1. Present the calibration curve obtained from the ELISA data below (40 points).
Use a semi-log scale by plotting the graph as ‘scatter plot’ and then formatting the x axis to Log scale.

2. Using the calibration curve, calculate the concentration of anti-tTG IgA in the three patients’ samples. Show how you calculated your results. (15 points)
3. Present a summary table for all data. (15 points)
4. Using the reference values given below indicate which patients can be diagnosed with coeliac disease and briefly discuss (in no more than 100 words) if the assay was reliable for the accurate quantification of anti-tTG IgA in all patients’ samples. (30 points)

NOTES:
1. The ‘Neat’ anti-tTG IgA concentration is 100U/ml

2. Reference Values for diagnosis of coeliac disease:
