Food item Recall – nation wide You have received notice from the UDSA that there is a national recall of a produce item that is used extensively across you menu.
Allergen Reaction – unknown to the person A patient is having an allergic reaction to nuts in a dessert. Prior to this meal they did not know there were allergic to tree nuts.
Food Borne Illness – under cooked food item Several patients have complained of stomach cramps and diarrhea several hours after eating their morning meal. After testing it is discovered that the eggs that were served where not cooked to the proper temperature.
