Case study information
Overview
The assessment involves developing a dashboard to appraise customer experience with the website for ISONU, a privately owned apparel and
accessories retailer. You will analyse a dataset provided in Microsoft Excel and explain and justify the analysis approaches you adopt. You will
interpret the results of your analysis and the summary statistics provided by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You will create a dashboard to
help the CEO understand your interpretation of the issues they raised.
You will then evaluate ISONU’s current digital marketing function to identify and explain areas for potential improvement. To do this, you will
apply computational thinking principles of decomposition and abstraction to break down the problem into understandable and manageable
sub-problems.
Finally, you will critique comments from the CEO and Chief Information Officer (CIO) about implementing automation solutions. You will
discuss ethical issues that ISONU needs to consider, and then advise on relevant automation solutions that it could implement to improve the
digital marketing process.
