Case Analysis

Requirements
Final Written Case Analysis: You are to prepare a written analysis of a case about an organization (Habit Burger and Grill) that you choose (PLEASE READ THE ATTACHED POWER POINT SLIDE for guidance). You will be expected to carefully analyze the case (organization) using the models from the attached pdf book/material and develop sound conclusions and recommendations (should be 4-5 recommendations). Please use Porter’s VALUE CHAIN for analysis. You should demonstrate through the analysis your ability to apply the concepts from the book (see the concepts list below that need to apply here) to a real business situation. Please use about minimum 15 concepts from the book with definitions and apply appropriately to the analysis. For an example, product differentiation strategy; definition from the book and cite them, and how it applies to the company strategy and analysis.
Please add graphs, charts, tables, figures, or references from the book or credible website.
The paper will be graded on content (i.e., concepts from the book and other sources); analysis (critically examining the strategy); and grammar/organization. Please use credible sources for the paper and be more professional and specific in writing.
The paper should be no more than 8 pages, plus 3-4 graphs in the appendix (Example porters five forces, value chain graph, and specific company’s graph related to the definitions).
