Literature Supporting the Framework for Dissertation

A formal theory provides context for the outcome of the events conducted in the research. The data collection and analysis are also based on the theoretical and conceptual framework.
Theoretical and conceptual frameworks provide evidence of academic standards and procedure. Frameworks explain why the study is pertinent and how the researcher expects to fill the gap in the literature.

Instructions:
Create a partial draft of the Theoretical Foundation or Conceptual Framework section in Chapter 2 of the dissertation. (Topic: Influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance)

Focus on the literature that will be used to support the framework.

• For qualitative studies: Synthesize primary writings by key theorists, philosophers, and/or seminal researchers related to the concept or phenomenon.
• Use the checklist attached to write either the Theoretical or the Conceptual Framework section and submit as a separate document.

Must Haves:
• Proper Introduction
• In-text citations to support content (APA format, 7th ed)
• Solid conclusion
• Charts or Visual aids to support content
