This paper is to get you going, looking at art online, choosing one you really like and writing me 2 pages about ONE work of art. The assignment says two
pages, but if you are just short of two pages it will work for me. You are very welcome to go beyond two page if you have more to say and it is encouraged.
Don’t stop yourself.
Please read and reread the parameters of how construct your paper. Find it in one of the first modules, and the page is called “General Rules for Writing your
Paper.” Tell me what you see (Subject), tell me what you think it means (Content), and how do you know. I will need a full picture of the art with your name on
a cover page. (Cover pages are not included in the number of pages you write.)
Please review for grammar, punctuation, incomplete sentences and run on sentences. Make sure you do NOT use info provided by any website about the art
you choose. It should be your relationship with the art and in your own words. Footnote anything info you add that could not be seen in the artwork itself. Put
in quotes if not your words as well. DO NOT Plagiarize. You can also relate to the art based on your own life or experience, but be sure it always refers back to
the art.
Please submit your paper as a Word Document. NO Google Docs or Pages, please.
P.S. NO heavily religious art from any of the world religions, mythology or ancient art, as these can not be interpreted.
