Assignment Instruction
Formulate a post based on the readings, online presentation, videos and content you have learned from the leadership course to create new roles and focus for nurses in this changing healthcare environment with advancing technology and interprofessional leadership roles. Nurses often lack the belief that they can create their own roles in driving effective solutions. Dream big, aim high, be bold and create new innovative roles for BScN nurses rather than the traditional “point of care” roles (Max. 300 words).
