The final paper requires you to research current, evidence-based articles on the physiology and pharmacology of substance abuse.

All assignments MUST be typed, double-spaced, in APA style, and must be written in graduate level English. Please discuss your understanding of the research. You must integrate the material presented in the text as well as your research findings to support your discussions and cite your work according to APA format.

 

 

 

A minimum of ten (10) research articles are required.

Research the psychological, physiological and pharmacological effects of five (5) of the substances listed below. Include a discussion of the interaction effects that occur when 2 or more substances are used simultaneously. Differentiate between use and abuse as well as when the substance(s) may be socially acceptable, culturally influenced and medically indicated.
