I want you to spend at least half an hour reading some of the concerns, suggestions, and problems that you find on this page. After you spend some time reading, I would like for you to write a reflection about what you saw. Which concerns, problems, and suggestions did you see? What did you learn? What did you think?

Please take a moment to reflect on your understanding of disruptive behaviors and children. What have you learned? Have you changed your perspective? What do you think would be the most valuable resources that could be made available to children with behavior disorders and their families? What if that child does not have a consistent trusted adult in their life? What are the ways that you can be protective factor finders? Why is it important to find, identify, or rule out any other disorders that a child with disruptive behaviors may have?

2. -Read the attached case study about a 3-year-old with a behavior disorder. What was the main intervention used? Do a little bit of online reading/research and tell me how this intervention is supposed to work? What are your thoughts on this case study? Why is it relevant that he was small for his age in his first year? Why does it matter that he slept very little or that he always wanted to be rocked and
held? Why is that kind of stuff relevant?

I want to know what education is necessary for each of these careers. What are the general work environments, skillset, and salary expectations? Is it a career that is growing in demand?
