3. Once you’ve read the two above DISCUSS the following questions:
What is central to the notion of ‘appropriation’?
What is excluded? Included? What are the boundaries between plagiarism and theft?
Provide examples of each
Your essay should be a half a page. Each student should individually submit this assignment.
Cite (at least) one visual example and one written source using the Harvard style. Include a caption for each visual example as outlined in ‘Citing Primary Sources – Appendix of Images’.
Include all references in a Works Cited page.
4. Remember – each person – should upload a single PDF by the beginning of next class.
