relate chapter topic to the company you have chosen, create a word document and write a 1-2-page
summary per chapter or 3-6 pages per Quiz, i.e. if you select Chick-Filet and Chapter 1 is discussion Core
Competency, you’d write in your quiz that a Core competency of Chick-Filet is fast-food chicken entrees. If
the chapter is discussion “Differentiation”, you would say in your quiz that Chick-Filet differentiates itself by
only selling chicken, etc…Make sure you cite your sources and place them in references at the end of each
