Reflective essay-1000 words.please follow the instructions strictly and follow the marking criteria.i have
uploaded the lecturer slides for your information and i have also uploaded the articles which are in our
reading list and its mandatary to use those articles for the unit content. so check the relevancy and use it. and
also there is references list in every end of the powerpoint slide where you can search and use those articles
which were mentioned in the ppt slides. i have also uploaded the assignment 1 for your references as you
have need to go throught to do activity bullet point 1.There are 3 bullet point. Bullet point 1-(150 words)-
you should report on the progress made towards acheiving my goal. In first assignment we wrote about our
goal, so you dont have to explain the gaol but have to mention the goal and have to write the experience in
undertaking the goal generation processes and have to mention what we have done to acheive te goal, no
intext citation is required in this section( no referecne). Bullet point 2- have to discuss whether your Psycap
has improved since understaking the excercise(150 words). use two references in this section. Bullet point 3-
(700 words)How would you use your new knowledge and skills in buildig Psycap to be a better leaders? use
the unit content and the reading list (as i have provided) to identitfy what behaviours in leaders are most
liklely to create better outcomes for employees.Refer five journal articles in this section.(please go through
the instruction detail which i have uploaded).pleae follow the marking criteria. structure of th essay should
be- Introdution: The intoduction should have a topic sentence detailing the topic of the essay, and outline of
the essay. Avoid using references to the literature in introdution. Body part: Activity bullet 1, Bullet 2 and
bullet 3.Each paragraph the follows should be a well constructed parapagraph comprising approximately 150
words. A paragraph should have a topic sentence. This should. be followed by sentences that are referenced
and add depth to the argument development.
Conclusion: the final papagrah should be a summary of th essay. it requires no references and i usually
shorter than other paragraphs. so please go through the instructions properly and marking criteria and follow
strictly. if you are not clear let me know, infact its given clearly in the instruction and marking criteria, m
