purpose, and size of the organization, demographics, their process of managing
projects and developing plans and teams. b. Quantitative Data: Create a 10 – 12
survey to share with organizational members focusing on communication and
leadership. You can use platforms such as google forms, survey monkey, and/or
Qualtrics. c. Based on your findings create an infographic report to discuss your
findings. You can use Canva, Piktochart, etc. d. Include your recommendations to
increase productivity and build authentic relationships in the workplace.
