The article is set to be of a theoretical nature.

Required Topic:
Implementation of TQM: manufacturing vs service.

Paper requirements:
● Abstract should be structured (See “Abstract sample” file) and contains no more than 250 words (including at most 12 keywords).
● I would like to see some use of figures, tables, and graphs. They should be named and numbered.
● Sources: A minimum of 14 journal articles. Plus, other sources like internet links, textbooks, magazines … etc, should be limited to 4. So total sources are 18.
● Recently published papers (within the past 7 years) are recommended.
● References must be in Harvard Style.
● Word Count: 3,300 words (including Abstract)
