You are the new Sales and Marketing department head at the Delta Grand Okanagan Resort in the heart of British Columbia wine country.
The Sales and marketing department is in need of an overhaul as productivity is low and customer expectations are not up to standard as of the last audit from head office.

• What are the unique challenges facing sales and marketing, given the impact of virtual meetings and conferences?
• Explain this property’s USP for the business clients with specific references to conference and meetings groups.
• Discuss the USP “Unique Selling Proposition” for the leisure markets identifying specific demographic segments and behaviouristics that might positively impact sales.
• Be specific for promotions for high season, low and shoulder seasons.
• Design 3 unique tours in your community to attract tourists and business travelers alike. Present these 3 tours in a ppt form.
