Each student must produce an individual research essay that focuses on the topic of “How to achieve Project Success in construction project management”.

The essay should clearly discuss the following:
a) the criteria for defining project success in construction project management.
b) the ways/methods to achieve project success in construction project management.
c) a case (an example) in a specific project to discuss the topic.

The case project can be successful or unsuccessful. The essay should also outline the interaction between various knowledge areas.
