You are required to choose one of the Client organisations who have been chosen since their recent performance is failing to match the expectations of their stakeholders during a period of rapid change in their wider environment. The organisation is NATO- North Atlantic Treaty Organisation
1. Consulting Report of your groups’ findings. (2000 words plus relevant appendices of evidence that justify your recommendations).USE EVIDENCE AND JUSTIFY YOUR RECOMMEDETION ,
2. Presentation of your Client Report to the ‘Client organisations’ senior management. THIS TWO ARE CONNECTED ORDER MUST BE WRITE FROM ONE PERSON 12 SLIDES WITH SPEAKER NOTES ,in the presentation you have to present the report but short version only FEW SENTENCE IN THE SLIDES THE OTHER INFORMATION PUT IN THE SPEAKER NOTES SECTION !You must provide knowledge of chosen firm and external environment; integration of theory and practice; strength and justification of recommendations
