Managing Conflict in Teams

This discussion aims to discuss and apply concepts from the assigned readings. Reflect upon this reading and additional current research on creating high-performance teams.
Reflect upon this reading as well as additional current research on managing conflict in teams. Write a post that addresses the distinction between functional and dysfunctional team conflict, key causes of conflict within teams, and some of the primary strategies for managing team conflict. Integrate key scholarly sources, to include and expand upon the course materials. Include a reference list in the current APA format.
