For example, the education sector failed to implement online studies as efficiently as was expected.” You need to explain the first sentence, connect to the studies you are summarizing, offer examples. Same with the second sentence.
So, this is a good start, you can continue with reading and summarizing details of the studies. With the books, no need to summarize the whole book but the related parts or chapters.

Rhetoric & Philosophy of Crisis Management examines the theory and practice of crisis management in multiple communication settings. This course examines major scholars and works, presenting an overview of crisis management through comprehensive midterm and final projects.
